Progress report

Within thirty days of acquiring the search, TalyntVue will present a Research Progress Report (RPR), either in person or by conference call. This report represents a “roadmap” of where we have been on your search.

Roadmap

That map allows us to create a written sketch of each person we have contacted during the course of the work to date. More importantly, the RPR will provide you with a detailed profile on each candidate we deem most qualified.

The RPR

In another section, the RPR will discuss your competition. A brief compensation study and analysis as it relates to you, and your competition and the industry will be included.

Fees

Our search rates vary from 15% to 25% (of the first year’s cash remuneration) to lesser rates for special or multiple search projects, or shorter exposure to our company in the area of replacement guarantees (negotiable).

We pride ourselves on our flexibility in this area. On every search we accept, we bring you the most excellent candidates available, and in the quickest possible time.

For staffing projects, contract, contract to hire, or permanent position situations, we negotiate a package with our clients and partners.
